Ticket Purchase Terms
Effective 1 April 2026. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before completing a ticket purchase. By purchasing a ticket you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to them.
1. The Organiser
The event Naïma Bremer – The Masterclass Experience (“the Event”) is organised and produced by Base The Agency on behalf of Naïma Bremer (together, the “Organiser”). Tickets are sold through events.naimabremer.com. Payments are processed by Mollie B.V.
2. The Event
The Event takes place on Saturday 6 June and Sunday 7 June 2026 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Detailed venue information, schedule and any updates will be communicated to ticket holders by email and/or through the Organiser’s official channels ahead of the Event.
3. Tickets and pricing
All ticket prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include 21% Dutch BTW. The ticket type purchased determines which day(s) and which parts of the programme you are entitled to attend. Every attendee must hold a valid ticket. Tickets are personal and intended for the named holder. Transfer to another person is permitted through the Organiser only; contact events@naimabremer.com to request a name change.
4. All purchases are final
All ticket purchases are final. Once a purchase has been confirmed, the Organiser does not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations at the buyer’s request.
This includes, without limitation, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, changes of mind, travel disruptions, illness, and any other circumstance that is not caused by the Organiser. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee as described in section 3.
As tickets are for an event on a specific date, the statutory right of withdrawal under Dutch and EU consumer law (Art. 6:230p sub e of the Dutch Civil Code) does not apply, and there is no 14-day cooling-off period.
5. No-show and late arrival
No refunds, credit or compensation will be provided for missed sessions or partial attendance. Attendees who do not arrive, who arrive late, or who leave early are not entitled to any refund or transfer. Once the Event has started, no-shows forfeit their ticket in full.
6. Split payments (two instalments)
Where an order is paid in two instalments, the first instalment is charged immediately at checkout. The buyer will receive an email reminder for the second instalment, which includes a secure payment link. The second instalment must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the Event.
Split payments are non-refundable. If the second instalment is not paid in time, the order is considered forfeited: the ticket is cancelled, access is revoked, and the first instalment is not returned. The amount already paid compensates the Organiser for the seat held, production planning and administration costs.
The buyer is responsible for keeping payment details up to date, making sure the reminder email reaches a monitored inbox, and ensuring the second instalment is successfully processed in time.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
By purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees to contact the Organiser first for any billing or ticketing dispute and not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with their bank or card issuer without first having done so. In the event of a chargeback, the Organiser reserves the right to provide these Terms & Conditions, proof of purchase and proof of acceptance to the payment provider, card scheme or bank, and to cancel any tickets associated with the disputed payment.
8. Cancellation, postponement or force majeure
If the Organiser cancels the Event, ticket holders will be offered a ticket for the rescheduled date, where applicable, subject to the ticket holder’s acceptance. If the ticket holder does not accept the rescheduled date within the reasonable period communicated by the Organiser, or if no rescheduled date is offered, the ticket price actually paid will be refunded.
If the Event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date unless the ticket holder opts out and requests a refund of the amount actually paid within the reasonable period communicated by the Organiser.
The Organiser is not liable for travel, accommodation or any other incidental costs. The Organiser may adjust the programme, speakers, venue layout and schedule where reasonably necessary. Changes that do not materially alter the nature of the Event do not entitle the buyer to a refund.
9. Resale and scalping
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or above face value without prior written consent of the Organiser. Tickets offered through unauthorised resale platforms or marketplaces may be invalidated. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any ticket that has been resold in breach of this condition without compensation to either the original buyer or the subsequent holder.
10. Promo codes
Promo codes are subject to availability and the terms listed at checkout. They cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Orders placed with an invalid or expired code are not entitled to a retroactive discount.
11. House rules and right of admission
Attendees agree to follow all reasonable instructions from the Organiser and venue staff, as well as Dutch law. A valid ticket and (on request) a government-issued ID must be presented at check-in.
The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission to or remove from the venue any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, intoxicated, unsafe, or harmful to the experience of other attendees, in each case without refund.
12. Health, allergies and product sensitivities
The Event involves live demonstrations and use of beauty, skincare and make-up products. Attendees are responsible for informing themselves of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions that may be relevant, and for avoiding contact with products they are not certain are safe for them. The Organiser, Naïma Bremer, artists, brand partners and the venue are not liable for any reactions, irritation or adverse effects arising from products used or demonstrated during the Event.
13. Assumption of risk and indemnification
Attendance at the Event is voluntary and at the attendee’s own risk. Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, Naïma Bremer, their staff, artists, brand partners and the venue from and against any claim, loss or damage caused by the attendee’s own conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
14. Photography, videography and image consent
Photography and videography will take place throughout the Event for editorial, archival and promotional purposes. By attending, you grant the Organiser, Naïma Bremer and their designated partners an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to record, reproduce and publish photographic, audio and video material captured at the Event — including material in which you appear — across websites, social media, printed communications, press and partner channels, without further notice or payment. Section 15 below sets out your privacy rights in relation to this material.
15. Data protection and privacy rights
The Organiser is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Event, including contact details provided at checkout and photographic, audio and video material in which you may be identifiable. Data is processed for ticketing, event administration, invoicing, promotional communications and legitimate business interests, and is shared with Mollie B.V. for payment processing and with email delivery providers for transactional communications. All processing is carried out in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch implementation Act (UAVG).
You have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, to restrict processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
To exercise these rights — including a request for erasure of or objection to the further use of identifiable photographic or video material in which you appear — contact events@naimabremer.com. The Organiser will assess your request under the GDPR and respond within the statutory time limits. Please note that for material that has already been published through printed media or distributed to third-party partners, the Organiser will use reasonable efforts to prevent further use, but complete retroactive removal from all existing copies cannot be guaranteed.
16. Intellectual property
All content, materials, techniques, routines, product formulations, visuals and other intellectual property shared, demonstrated or distributed during the Event are the sole property of Naïma Bremer. Attendees receive a personal, non-transferable right to view and learn from this material for their own use only. It may not be recorded, copied, republished, taught, licensed or commercially exploited in any form without the prior written consent of Naïma Bremer.
17. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser’s liability in relation to the Event and any ticket is limited to the amount actually paid for the ticket. The Organiser is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the venue, nor for indirect or consequential losses.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from a ticket purchase or the Event are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
19. Amendments, severability and entire agreement
The Organiser may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the moment of purchase governs that purchase. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its original intent. These Terms & Conditions, together with the order confirmation, form the entire agreement between the buyer and the Organiser in relation to the ticket purchase and the Event.
20. Contact
Questions about these Terms & Conditions or about an order can be sent to events@naimabremer.com or info@basetheagency.com. The Organiser aims to reply within two business days.
